Here is the first CD for P.E.K. by this excellent band led by Dennis Armstrong cnt, with Peter Curtis cl, Terry McGrath tb, Malcolm Hogarth pno, Mike Sayles bjo, Isabel Toner bs and Dave Jenkins dms. In every respect this is a quality band, playing a wide range of traditional jazz, and paying great attention to playing the tunes as closely as possible to how they were written, some of them with the rarely-heard verse as well - something for which I applaud them.
