In October 2009 I recorded a truly amazing session by Richard's band at Stourbridge RFC Jazz Club. It was so good that Richard and I
had no hesitation in agreeing that every single track should be released. So here on two CDs is the complete session, in the order in
which it was played. It's strange, having been in this business for nearly tewnty years, I have released two double albums in the space
of just six months. The tunes are:- (Disc 1) - Ce Monsieur Qui Parle, Someday Sweetheart, I Wished On The Moon, Between The Devil
And The Deep Blue Sea, Way Down Upon The Swanee River, I'll Always Be In Love With You, What's New, Savoy Blues, After You've Gone.
(Disc 2) - Dardanella, Serenade In Blue, Tangerine, Swing That Music, Montmatre, Nothing Blues, Georgia Cabin, On The Sunny Side Of the Street, Everybody Loves My Baby. The band personnel, unchanged from their last CD (PKCD-328), is Gordon Whitworth trumpet;
